You may cancel an order for a full refund as long as your order has not shipped. To cancel your order, please email hs.hypestate@gmail.com.
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

Shipping
We strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours. After checkout, once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification via email as soon as the item has been shipped with tracking information. After the item is shipped it will take 3-10 business days to arrive to you.
We offer free shipping with all orders with a no minimum purchase requirement.
At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the United States.
We require a Direct Signature on all orders of $200+ USD. Full credit card billing address must match the full address of the shipping.
