When will my order arrive?

We strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours. After checkout, once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification via email as soon as the item has been shipped with tracking information.

After the item is shipped it will take 3-10 business days to arrive to you.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make a exchange?

You may cancel an order for a full refund as long as your order has not shipped. To cancel your order, please email hs.hypestate@gmail.com.

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

Are all items authentic & deadstock?

Yes, all products are authentic and will arrive brand new in the original packaging. We do not sell any used or opened items.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping with all orders with a no minimum purchase requirement.

I don't live in the United States. Can I order online?

At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the United States.
